 Car Dealer to Pay $109,000 to Settle Claim of Fraud

The Courier Post reported on a successful $109,000 award against Cherry Hill Triplex. The Triplex was found to have sold a car to one of Flitter’s clients as new – but evidence showed the car had been sold before, suffered major failure, was returned and repaired.
